Yesterday (2015-07-05) I bought one standalone Sketchbook Pro (for Mac) via the Autodesk homepage (order number 10212367659). I did not have an online account at Autodesk before. During the checkout process I had a form that said I'd automatically create such an account as part of the process.
I received the PayPal confirmation mail but no email containing an activation code (nor any membership confirmation).
Trying to log in on autodesk homepage told me that my email address (as ID) wouldn't exist.
Figuring that this may take time, I waited until today. Without any further mail, I looked at the receipt where it said I'd receive a promo-access for one year at the sketchbook homepage. I used that link and was asked to enter my account credentials. Apparently this created a new account (instead of logging me in) as I received mails about my new registration. This "new" account seems not have any relationship with my yesterdays transaction.
So, I now have a downloaded software without activation key - and an account without license.
How do I request that activation key?
How can I link that software with my account?
