Hello, please help!
From the start of the week we have problems with starting programm for a user in company.
When starts Autocad LT 2023 we have an error massage:
On English it is means that current user has no active licence for using the program.
Ok! On manage.autodesk.com i see that the user have the access:
How can we get access to programm?
I tried to change autodesk-user and gave access to this programm to another account but had the save error
I thought that this is a problem with our company proxy server, but with mobile internet had the same problem.
I updated the prorgamm for 2021LT to 2023
I also updated ADSKLicensing-Installer
