Here is the issue: We had (1) Standalone license with I'm the user and Software Coordinator. We purchased a second package through Autodesk Store for another user. We can see the second package from the Contract Administrators login, but we cannot assign it to a user. As a Software Coordinator, I cannot see the new package from my login. I'm using the word "package" since Autodesk stopped using serial numbers. The new user "Randy" has downloaded the software and logged in but the software seems to be in Trial Version.
Customer Service: " I checked your account and invted you to the contract n.xxxxxxxxxxxxx which includes the AutoCAD Electrical. Now, another user is already assigned to this license, hence that is why you cannot access it."
However, I replied back:
- "Actually we purchased another standalone license for Acad Elect. I'm assigned to xxxxx (Serial: xxxxxx). We want to assign Randy to the newly purchased item. The screen on for the Contract Manger or the Software Coordinator does not allow us yet."
No response yet. Got any ideas?
