Network License for discontinued software

We have been able to request network licenses for Infrastructure Design Suite Premium that contain Land Desktop Companion 2009 up until now. I would usually get this through our reseller. However they have been bough up by a larger firm and my contact there is retired. I've been trying to find a way to make a request online. I found Requesting a Previous Version License but the images don't quite match what I see on my Account Management page.

Other than choosing the Email option. Does anyone know which rabbit hole I should dive down?

I ended up finding someone at the reseller I knew. Luckily the person running their help desk is still the same. It's difficult to find someone who knows you can actually go back more that 3 versions if you had a license for the original software.

Autodesk has strict rules about granting access beyond the 3 previous version you usually have to fill out an exception form which then can take several days for autodesk to approve

Yes. Luckily I've gotten our reseller to take care of it. He said that you have to request a network license and then request the legacy license the same day. I've already received the 2017 network license and the legacy is in the works. In past years I've received them the same day. So I'll hope for the best.

I got the license file. Instead of Civil 3D 2009 that we requested. I think it contains every legacy program we might ever be entitled to back to 2009. Smiley Very Happy Our reseller was confused too. Doesn't matter. We have what we need.
