Navisworks Simulate 2016 cannot find network license

We installed Navisworks Simulate 2016. The licpath.lic is correct. When starting the program we get A Valid License could not be obtained by the license network manager error (0.0.0) Another workstation with Navisworks Simulate 2015 works fine.

Welcome to the community!

Are you sure you are pointing to the same server? Can you telnet from the client machine to the license server over port 27000 (or configured port)? Please review your license file in the License Parser to verify that a 2016 license is in there.
