Merge Accounts from Same Domain

Dear community members, I am a Fusion (Fusion 360) user who works under an educational license at a US state university. My institution changed the email domain for all our e-mails, removing the school identifier ([email protected] -> name@university). My usage was unimpeded for some time, but the license related to @eng.university recently  expired. My @university account is associated with an active license, however, none of my projects ported over. Does anyone have insight on how to address this? I know you can manually transfer individual projects to a Team Hub, but I'd rather do this cleanly if possible. Merging accounts and deleting the old one would be ideal.

@gesparzaPGTFJ Sorry to hear about the issue you are having.  However, Autodesk will not rename the domain portion of email addresses.  An account is owned by the individual and based on privacy policies the user is the only person who can change their email address or any other account information.

That said, the fastest and most reliable approach would be to import your users from a csv file that includes the new domain names and assign them access to the products.  Students will need to use their new email addresses to access the software once that is complete.
