Hello mchavis and welcome to the Autodesk community!

It looks like your license has expired. The following article(s) should help you resolve the problem:

Although the forum rules caught your serial # and "X" it out..  Never and I mean never share personal information such as your serial #.  Remember that for future posting.

Hello @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting. I have looked over your account information beliefly & see there are two contacts listed with similarities, like Chavez vs. Chavis. Make sure you are using the proper account credentials in this case "Chavis" to sign into your Autodesk account & activate with this information.

Try to reset the licensing & activate with the credentials of the account indicated above by following the steps here: License Manager Tool | Change License Type or Serial Number

If it continues, Contact Account Management for more information.

Let us know if you hit a road block & need some more help.

I don't see where I would use Chavez. I've always used my mchavis account and have been for 2 years now. So I don't understand why this morning Maya doesn't work when it has been confirmed that my license is still active.

yes I realized this was going to a forum after I sent the email. Fortunately Autodesk corrected the mistake by x'ing out the serial.
