Max 2018 entry point error

After install the update 4, my max don't open anymore and I keep getting this error. Is there a way to fix?

It says:

"3dsmax.exe - Entry point not found

The procedure entry point ?adjustWindowRectToVisibleScreen... could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files..."

I already did it everything there and nothing.

Yesterday I manage to uninstall the update 4, today I can't find it on the list. That's why I asked for help. It seens that I'll need to uninstall and install it again =/
