Lost my 2009 Install Disk

I have my AutoCAD box with Licence Key but don't know where my Install disk has gone. I need to re-install it on my new laptop and am unable to. I have Googled and serched the website and for some reason I can't download an installer unless I want to pirate it. Is there any way I can access a legitmate download of the installer?

I am using the AutoCAD 2009 LT
