Lost 2010 disk and need to move ACAD to a new computer

When I sold my company I was allowed to keep the 2010 version that my company owned. I was given the disk and box back in 2012. I then moved to another state and now can not find the disk. My laptop is about to die, has XP OS and simply needs to be replaced.

Is there a way yo get a replacement disk or transfer the software from one computer to another?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

if its just plain Autocad 2010 you can download from here:

You can access most current + previous supported version Browser Download links (including the Design & Creation Suites) through Matt, Autodesks Virtual Assistant. http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk...
>download links>Autocad Products>Autocad>
Please accept as a solution if this fully resolves the issue

Thanks. I will give this a try as soon as my new machine arrives. For now I
will consider this as the solution.
