Liscence issues from student to professional

Hello and good morning all,

 

I just bought a copy of Revit and I am having trouble with the fact that Revit is still seeing my old student license. it will not recognize professional license even after I installed it with my professional license. Does anyone have any experience with the problem?

What also may need doing is the removal of your student status on your autodesk account since commercial and student licenses cannot be on the same user as there rules governing their use contradicts each other...
