Licenses reservation issue

Hi all!
I have an Autodesk Vault Professional 2019 installation in one of my customers company, with 80 users approximately (40 licenses).
The all 40 licenses are network.
I created an options file to make license reservations for each area of the company.
Once everything is working, when I want to start Vault Explorer, from any client computer, I get the following error.

Error en las licencias.png

The error occurs before the program opens and the login dialog box is displayed, therefore, I can't enter user credentials. With this, no user can connect.

When I execute a license service status request I get what is in the attachment: "Status Enquiry.txt"
I don't know if I am doing something wrong or there is an error that I can't find.
Somebody could help me?

The error indicates all the files are reserved.  So something is wrong with the option file.  Without seeing the option file there's no way of determining what's wrong.   However there could be sensitive data in your option file and you shouldn't share it here.  If you like you can PM and I will inform you of your next step.

Hi @Mark.Lancaster

Thank you for your answer.

I couldn't PM you the options file.

I attach it here.

@Claudio_Fortunato,

Please read the licensing information carefully in the Help topic.

A license is pulled when you launch the Vault client. It doesn't require you to log into a server.

Also, understand that if a user has logged into a server using a CAD Vault add-in, the license will not get released until the CAD application has been closed and not when the user logs out of the server.

Thanks @ihayesjr!
Now I understand how it works correctly.
I only have one doubt in relation to this: How does the timeout work then?

The timeout would only work if the user were logged out of the server in the Vault client and never logged into the server from an add-in.
