License activating problem

I just installed Netfabb for student version, but activation code didn't work.

Hello @Anonymous, 

Thanks for posting. You shouldn't need an activation code. Did you try the option to activate with the recommended online method?

1. How to activate Educational Software
2. Review the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software depending on the download method it will automatically recognize your credentials & sign-in or you manually type in the serial# & product key (you shouldn't need an activation code)
3. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
4. An internet connection is required to activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software) Adjust your proxy settings, to allow access during the install & first launch, also make sure you have an uninterrupted connection. Or you can try another Wifi network location as well. 
5. If the online method does not work, try a manual activation/offline activation with the activation code.
6. If you still need help activating fill out this form with the educational support team or contact customer service
