Licences purchase but cannot apply to user

We have purchased licences. 6 + 1. The 6 can be allocated OK. The 1 does not appear to allocate.

Hi @Anonymous,

By default the seat of a new contract is assigned to the contract manager. You simply just need to unassign the seat from the contract manager (yourself) in the users page of your Autodesk Account, under 'Edit Access'. Save the change and reassign the seat to whom ever you wish to have it.
