Hi,
I have the "Licence delay verification is expired" error every time I open Autodesk since a week.
Obviously, my licence is still valid.
The program then exits, not allowing me to continue.
1) I installed "AdskLicensing-14.4.0.11537-mac-installer" but nothing changed.
2) I tried also to install "AdskIdentityManager-UCT" but the installation fails in the early phases.
Here an excerpt of the error report (seems the library version is not the expected one):
Dyld Error Message: Symbol not found: _objc_alloc_init Referenced from: /Volumes/VOLUME/Install_Autodesk_Identity_Manager.app/Contents/MacOS/Setup Expected in: /usr/lib/libobjc.A.dylib.
3) I also tried to clean the autodesk cache using the reset_login_mac.sh but no luck
4) I tried to put the serial number manually using the Licence Transfer Utility, but I don't have access to a serial number. Is it worth to try this? If yes, how can I retrieve my licence number if it is not on my account?
Can someone please help me? I'm completely stuck.
I'm working on a MacOS Sierra 10.13.6
