Just wondering, if we have paid for the full autodesk licence. 

When downloading the latest version of software, do we need to pay more?

For example, already have Revit 2016 version and wanting to download 2017 version, do we need to pay more or is it already included in the autodesk licence?

Do you have an active subscription for Revit 2016? If yes, it will be automatically upgraded to the latest version as part of the subscription benefits.

However, I would like to keep my 2016 version as well.

Does Autodesk allow you to keep more than one version or do we only have the upgrade option?

You're welcome. 

Is this 2016 version on subscription? I see you have Building Design Suite Premium subscription under your account. Then yes you can keep 2016 version and use both 2016/2017 versions. This is part of the subscription benefits.

You're welcome. To be sure, check if your Revit 2016 is on active subscription. If yes, then you're entitled for the current 2017 version. If you just need to download the 2017 version then it's free. You don't need to pay anything to download. It's the license that entitles you to use the software.
