Licence 'Accept' button is not shown on page

The pop up for the licence accept form is off the screen and it is impossible to scroll down sufficiently to click 'accept'. I am using Chrome on Windows 7.

click inside your browser, hold the CTRL button down and scroll your mouse wheel until the image shrinks.
