Latest version of Vehicle Tracker will not uninstall

I downloaded and installed Vehicle Tracker (ver 21.0.2252.0) on 6/15/2021 to evaluate it. I'm now trying to uninstall it and although the uninstall process appears to run correctly, nothing is actually removed from my machine. For example, I have 3 versions of C3D installed (2018, 2020, 2021) and the 3 folders for Vehicle Tracking still exist under Program Files\AutoDesk along with all installed content.
In addition, there are numerous folders and registry entries that still exist and the application still loads when I start AutoCAD.

Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a way for me to remove all the content from this app?

thanks,

mike

Not all folders from all locations or registry edits are removed when uninstalling most software in Windows: Microsoft sloppiness for not insisting a software removal actually gets rid of "everything".

If VT is no longer available in your AutoCAD/C3D sessions and none of the VT commands activate then you can manually remove whatever you find unfriendly on your PC. But restart your PC first.

A better software uninstall option would be to purchase a 3rd party Windows tool that does all you want: they aren't too expensive and work well. A quality not-free 3rd party Windows Registry Cleaner that does not mess with AutoCAD temp entries is always good to have as well.

This is definitely not a case of a few files left behind. The entire application remains on my system, the ribbon still loads and the application still runs.

I ran the install on another machine that had AutoCAD 2018, 2019, 2021, and Civil 3D 2020 installed.

The installer installed VT 2018, 2019, and 2021 (The three folders exist under C:\Program Files\Autodesk), but did not install the 2020 version. It looks like it did not recognize the Civil 3D 2020 instance of AutoCAD.

I ran the uninstall and it removed the 2021 version of VT but not the 2018 and 2020 versions.

So...

It looks like the installer will install instances for every version of AutoCAD that is installed but only uninstalls the 2021 instance. And as mentioned previously, it doesn't appear to recognize the Civil 3D 2020 AutoCAD instance.

Fortunately, in this case, I created a snapshot of the machine prior to running the install therefore I can restore my machine to the preinstall state.
Unfortunately, I did not do this on my other machine therefore it has a bunch of files remaining behind.

Autodesk, can you please test this on your end?
