Hi,

How to download a 2023 language pack when you are using the app with a Token Flex system ?

On my Autodesk account, there are no products.

I believe you'll need to download the full version for now.

When you say the full version, you mean I should install the full version in the language I require ?

Hi,

We download the apps from our server, managed by our IT service.

I have an account on the Autodesk site but our licences don't appear because we pay by tokens.

I guess your IT service has access to Autodesk Account and should be able to get your language pack.

Your IT should be Assigning it to you ... 

so it should be in the account portal.
