Issues while installing Autodesk revit2016

Hi Team,

 

I am trying to install autodesk revit 2016 in I7 lates laptop, however while installing it completes almost till 98 % installation and gives the error message that it failed.

 

could you please help me to resolve the issue and to complete the success fulll instalation.

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to Autodesk Community!

 

Please disable your firewall and anti-virus programs, and download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then try the installation again.

 

Also, which OS are you running on your laptop?

Thank you for your reply, yew i am using laptop and software is downloaded from the site only.

still i am getting the error.

Did you use lynn.zhang's suggestion and download/extract the software for the Autodesk Virtual Agent?
