Do you see the license in your Autodesk account (when you login at accounts.autodesk.com)?

 

Does it give you a serial number, or does it say "Sign in"?

Try resetting the license activation by following these steps:

If it still doesn't work, you might need to raise a case with Autodesk to re-sync your account.
