Inventor 2021 not working with new LTMOOLS

Hello.

We are using Education licensing.

We prepare new WinSrv2019 and install new LTMOOLS (v11.18.0.0).

All the new software AutoCad 2023, Inventor Pro 2023, etc, are working.

But Inventor 2021 Pro is not working. Why?? I get network license not Available (Common causes: all licenses are in use, the server is down,...)...

I also install latest update for Inventor 2021 (4.4) and also Autodesk Licensing Service - 12.3.0.19 - Win – Update. Nothing works. It look like, that Inventor 2021 communicate different with Server, as Inventor 2023.

We also try this. On new Computer (Win10x64) we installed Autocad 2023 (it work). And then at same Computer we installed Inventor Pro 2021, with all updated (not working).

@robi.kuserbanj

Got your PM.

Does your Network license show 2021 listed in it?

Also do you have enough licenses?

You also want everyone on the same NLM's .. they have an announcement out about everyone needing to update

https://www.autodesk.com/support/download-install/admins/network-licenses/install-licensing-software

Yes I can download Inventor from 2020-2023. But when I look for License Details (i think here is the Problem), there is key start with 2023 (2023-5xx-1xxxxxxx/7xxxx).

Yes we have enough license.  You also want everyone on the same NLM's  - Yes.  I also use AutodeskCombinedLicenses.lic

Can you confirm you're on a Network license or if you're on a SIGN IN license (slowly they have been fully eliminated)

Also have you gone through:

Same Computer, same License Server. Autocad 2023 working, Inventor 2021 not working.  Inventor 2023 is also working, but I don't have it on my computer.

Do you show a license for Inventor in the account manager?

You showed for AutoCAD but you need to show for Inventor too

You have three options - License type.

Autodesk ID, Serial Number, Network License.

If you not have valid ID, Serial Number, Network License you can not get to Account Manager.

I send you some information on your PM.

@robi.kuserbanj, You don't need these things to get to Account Manager.

Infection Account Manager shows you these details. One place where these are stored.

Are you able to see Inventor here...?

https://manage.autodesk.com/home/

Thanks and Regards,

Rushabh Thakkar.

@robi.kuserbanj

Can you share what's in the Account manager in PM under Inventor via:

https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/

This is the classic view and easier.

@rushabhthakkar_910

Why are you telling them that the Account manager is infection

Now is working.

If I went to ->  https://manage.autodesk.com/products  and search for Inventor Pro and take the license for my license Server, then license did not work.

Now I went to ->  https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software and search for Inventor Pro and take the license for my license Server, then license did work.

I don't now why Autodesk complicated with this different License.

Thanks for your help.

@robi.kuserbanj, Good that it's sorted now.

Also I think maybe you were entering the wrong serial number in wrong version.

Thanks and Regards,

Rushabh Thakkar.

No comment ...

But glad you found it all in the software / account manager and all is good.

Now just make sure you get all of the updates installed!

Best

 Mike
