INVENTOR 2020 1603 EROR

Hello, I try to instal inventor 2020 on windows 7 64 bit, but i have allways 1603 Error mesage. here is the log file, somebody can help me?
I already tryed to change register:  NtfsDisable8dot3NameCreation from 0 to 1. but this wouldn't help.

I already tried to uninstall and install again all version of visual c++, still nothing, and I installed 2017 version which installed without any problems.

Has nothing to do with C++ installations.  Its related to new licensing mechanism for 2020 (as I suspected).

But before starting the installation again, make sure the following folder is there C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\9.2.2.2501 and this service is there/started

I update autodesk licensing mechanism, and it works, thank you for your help 🙂
