Installing Service Packs

Hi all

Can some user or autodesk person explain to me how to install service packs.

I am on AutoCAD 2018 and Inventor 2018 here at home. Subscription expired and not renewed for 2019,

however, I have never installed service packs for 2018, and would like to do so.

 

Can someone also point me to an article showing what the enhancements are in those service packs, and

how many service packs there are, and which ones I should install.

 

I would also like to do the same at work on autocad 2018 and Inventor 2018, where we are on subscription, but still on 2018, until July.

I would like to install the service pack on my seat. The other draughtsmen, it is either up to them

or the Drawing Office Manager. I will obtain the product key for my seat from the Drawing Office Manager.

from your AutoDesk Desktop App >> Click <<  you can automatically do this. also you can follow this links that may help . >> Click << >> Click1<< .

After loading the desktop app, I do not get access to the autocad 2018

and inventor 2018 service packs

This is what I get, which is not what I want

How do I get access to the autocad 2018 and inventor 2018 service packs

so that I can download them

Even after opening autocad 2018 itself, the  product update notification I get leads me to the same thing

How do I download the autocad 2018 & inventor 2018 service packs??

Thanks for those links, with the info about the service packs

Now I just need to find a way to install them, as they do  not appear on my product update notification

for some strange reason!!

I never realised installing service packs was such a mission!!

Hi everyone and Autodesk

 

I Still cannot get the service packs ,Autocad 2018.01 and .02, even though I was fully paid and subscribed for 2018. An answer is definitely required from Autodesk on either

1. What I am doing wrong?

2. Why I can't access something I paid for?

Then you should create a support case at the Autodesk subscription site (https://manage.autodesk.com)

 

Also there you can find the update "AutoCAD 2018 Update 1.2".

You can also start Autodesk Desktop App, make sure to be logged in, wait a bit to get the list of updates refreshed and install the updates from that app.

Still no sign of the service packs.

 

I will therefore create a support case, as you suggested.

 

It does seem strange that having paid for my 2018, I have no access to the service packs.

Lets see what autodesk say.
