I had previously tried to download the program but the ran out of disc space. I uninstalled the program and cleared all of the files related to Revit. I freed up space on the disc drive and should have plenty of space to fit the program. I'm re-downloading now and the process keeps freezing on the above step.
The message "Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (SP3) Express" flashes over the "Autodesk Licensing" text.
Any ideas?
try remove Microsoft visual C++ and try again

Clean out your %temp% folder
Turn off your Anti-Virus - Firewall to make sure it's not blocking anything from being installed
Make sure you have Admin rights
