Installation Error

When its finishes extracting and start to install i get this message after a few seconds.

Can you help me please i need this.

Your issue is related to this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Installation-error-referencing-SecondRun-and-FirstRunThreadId.html   If that doesn't resolve the issue please create a new Windows user account with full admin rights and install using that new account.

Also your image indicates you're using the web installer method.  Don't...    There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine.  Please review this article and the solution it provides.

One final thing..  You image also contains the student serial # that was assigned to you.  When posting information or images make sure to review if for sensitive info such as your assigned serial # (and blur it out before posting).  I will have the moderator remove your image to protect your assigned serial #.
