I have a problem with install inventor 2020. Error code 1603. Can you help me?

I download version student I think I have 1 file.

->Products and services

->Inventor

->Downloads

->Download all components of the broswer download

I did follow your instruction but in my item products and service, I don't see file inventor.

So you're saying that given log file is not there in that folder.

If not run the installation again, let it fail and find that log file.

But the failure occurs when Inventor is being installed and 1603 error may not be 100% accurate.   Most likely its related to the new licensing mechanism but sometimes other stuff is causing it to fail.   Thus a review of that other log will tell you the actual root cause and not some AKN article on 1603 error.   😁
