Initialization

After a cleanup in HD, some initialization file has been deleted, the program crashes after a few seconds and does not start, I tried to download a new version, fix and update the software without success. Can you help me?

What software are you trying to reinstall?

How are you downloading the software for installation?

I would recommend using AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent)

Have you tried AVA as @mdavis22569 has suggested,

otherwise try MSFixit or reinstall/repair.
