Impossible to activate Autocad and Civil 3D / Error 404

I have many computers with Autocad and Civil3D to activate but everytime, I get the error 404.  When i tried to activate manually Autocad with AVA, it also doesn't work.  It gets an unknown error.

I Know that i can give you the code to activate it manually, but I need to do this on 20-25 computers for 2 softwares.  I don't want to need to send you 50 codes to activate all the computers...

Is there anything that I can do?

My computer's name is J-10887-PL.  I don't understand why it doesn't work.

I have included some steps below, that you can run through one more time otherwise, reach out to the educational team, they will take a deep dive making sure your account & serial number are in good standing. 

1. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
2. An internet connection is required to activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software) Adjust your proxy settings, to allow access during the install & first launch, also make sure you have an uninterrupted connection. Or you can try another Wifi network location as well. 
3. Make sure you are selecting the "Enter a Serial Number" & manually type in the serial# & product key (you shouldn't need an activation code)
4. If the online method does not work, try a manual activation/offline activation with the activation code.
5. If you still need help activating fill out this form with the educational support team

Unfortunately, the whole thing still does not work. I did not get answers after writing the problem in the other location that you suggested. I do not know what else to try.

Thank you for returning. 

This license is not part of the Educational software program. 

Try registering the serial number on the registeronce.com  site & try again. 

Please let us know where you have located this license of AutoCAD 2019, was this purchased by the school? If this was purchased with a reseller, they should take care of this for you as well.

We have just install the 2021 version of the software for education and I am getting a similar message.  With 2021, manual or offline activation is no longer an option.  

My message reads Your online activation request has returned an error (901) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems.  

I opened a support ticket with Autocad support but they only work via email.  No phone support.  So far we have not received a response back to our request for help.  We are currently on a 30 day trial but that will end quickly with being on Christmas break.  I have checked the licensing and the correct serial number and Product Key is entered.  Any ideas would be great appreciated.
