Hi @abmbex, as far as I see the screenshot you attached, it seems you have successfully renewed your license. I believe the error is from your browser, Chrome. Would you please access our Education Community again or use a different browser?

Hi @mari.shimode, I tried other browsers, but I got the same error. And the license was not renewed.

Hi @abmbex, it looks like you have contacted the education support and solved the issue by renewing your software license. I will write the steps below and mark this reply as an accepted solution so others who have the same issue can find it easily.

 

To update your software license:

  1. Visit Autodesk Education Software Overview
  2. Select software not installed on your device and then choose your role.
  3. Click Submit and then select the Access Product option.
    (Please note: you do not need to download the software—this step is only to renew your license.)
