Maximum verification attempts reached and cant use education license

Hello,

I’m trying to verify my student eligibility for Autodesk Education Access to install Revit, but I received this message:

“Unfortunately, the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Please contact SheerID if you need to try again.”

I’ve already tried reaching out to SheerID support, but I haven’t been able to reset my verification yet. Ive tried using autodesk assistant, but everytime i reach the agents, they are unavailable. I need to download revit for class purposes in the next 1-2 weeks. What do i do?
