I can't use Flow design

Hi,

today I make a student account, and Installed Flow Design. but when try to use it. it say: Your Autodesk account is not entitled for Flow Design.

according to the Autodesk website, education accounts should have access to Flow Design, so what's the problem with my account?

how can I fix it? do I need reinstall Flow design?

I assume you started from this point (http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/flow-design), is that correct?

This is a mainly peer to peer network where users are assisting other users like yourself.  We have no access to your information and/or troubleshoot issues related to why your Autodesk Educational Account is not seeing this benefit.  It is has been recommended for others (in this same situation), to contact the Autodesk Educational Support Team.

Update:  I'm also assuming you are logging in using the same ID and password that you used when you signed up for flow design.  Is this also correct?

Did you request access to the Flow Design application from the Education Community? If not, use this link and click GET ACCESS

After clicking GET ACCESS, you'll receive another message "You’ve obtained access to this product." which it's added to your Autodesk Account. Then you download and install the software if you don't already have it installed.
