I made a Menuload(CUIX)
I want to install the Menuload(CUIX) menu with the Autodesk Plug-in Installer program.

Is it an installer you want to create? If so, try Inno Setup and it will create an EXE installer. If you really need it to be MSI you can use MSI Wrapper. If you publish the app on Autodesk App Store, Autodesk will create the MSI for you.
