How long does it take to hear back from Autodesk support on average?

Question 

 

If you were to make a case / Ask a support question directly to Autodesk; How long does it take to hear back from them on average?

 

This isn't a bash Autodesk, just curious what the average time is:

From my experience and as far as I can remember 24-48 hours tops. It never took longer than that for someone to from Autodesk to make first contact. Sometimes the issue gets sorted out and sometimes they require more feedback or input requested by the dev team or concerned work group so they schedule a call via teams. It’s no guarantee that the first contact person gets it all sorted out for you but that is normal.

thank you .. 

 

Unfortunately, that defeats my purpose. I asked in multiple locations:

Inventor/ I and L / AutoCAD / LinkedIn to get the most exposure to the question for a study.

After creating a service request, you'll get a mail immediately. But I guess that's not what you mean?

Most of the times, someone picks up the problem in question within a day. Depending on the problem, it can take a couple of days for a solution is provided, if at all.

The latter part is what I'm looking for .. 

When do you hear from an Autodesk person .. ( not the emails)
