Help with 3ds Max

Hi i tried to install 3ds Max (Student version) into my computer but it failed, the reason it fails because in the 3ds Max setup log it tell me DirectX Runtime Failed and also Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x64) and (x86) have failed so came to the forum for help

Uninstall Microsoft C++ before you try to run the installer. You can also download a new copy of the program:

Likely uninstalling the C++ is what you need.

I did unstall the C++ but it still fully install
