Having trouble downloading a hobbyist version of Fusion360

I'm having trouble getting access to the hobbyist version of Fusion360. I suspect my account might be flagged as a student account, as I originally got access to things like Inventor through my school. However, that was years ago, and I have since become a programmer.

Anyway, I was hoping someone could look at my account and tell my why I am not able to download Fusion360. I was wanting to get a license for personal use, as I do not do any design work professionally. If you need any more info, I would be happy to give it to you.

If your account is a student account or you used that account to request student license then it will always be a student account.  So you should never use a student account to gain access to commercial products.   If you want it switched to a commercial account you have to reach out to Autodesk to have this resolved.   Or just create a new Autodesk Account and request your Fusion 360 hobbyist license.

In the end we as users (remember this is a user forum) are unable to access your account.

I think I will try to create another account. For future reference though,
how would I go about contacting Autodesk? All of the support links on the
site link to these forums.

I can't remember if the Autodesk Educational Support Team does this switch Educational to Commercial

Or normal Autodesk support can do it.   You can chat with an agent using Autodesk AVA https://ava.autodesk.com/ and type chat with agent and follow steps to Autodesk Account.

Just an update for anyone who comes across this post in the future.

I ended up creating an account using my personal email, and was able to download and activate a hobbyist license for Fusion 360. I don't know how helpful that is for most people, but that's what worked for me.
