We have CAMduct installed in a computer that needs a dongle to unlock. The dongle is not detected when it was plugged into the computer. The usb port was checked and found to be working normally. If the dongle is plugged into another computer, there is an exclamation mark shown under the Universal Serial Bus contoller. Details of the message says that Unknown USB Device ( Device Descriptor Request Fail). Please advise how this could be resolved.
