Full license for Infraworks 2018

Hi,

I am a road designer in Statens Vegvesen in Norway and I asked IT guys if they can install Autodesk Infraworks 2018 on my computer. Everything went smoothly but when they tried to register Infraworks 2018, they have always the same mistake.

If I do not register it, I can not creat new model.

A few things..

1. Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

2.  Never and I mean never share any sensitive information here such as email address, serial #, subscription account number, business address, and phone/cell #. This is a world wide peer to peer network and such items should not be posted here for security reasons.

3.  It sounds like your serial # you have is registered in another country.  Do you have other locations and that's where this serial # came from.  Anyhow this is a user based forum and we have no way of know how this serial # is registered at the Autodesk end.

4.  Last thing..  Is this a perpetual license carried over on a maintenance plan or subscription based?

First of all, thank you for replying.

Yeah I know that I have sent all those information but I thought that I am writing an private message and from yesterday I have been thinking how can I delete that post. Do you know a way or someone that I can talk to who is able to delete that post?

I am so relieved because I can see that the post was edited by Admin and he deleted all hose important information.
