After realizing that my educational AutoCAD subscription had expired, I attempted to renew it. While my educational access has been successfully renewed until September 7, 2026, the actual license (subscription renewal) for AutoCAD does not seem to be updating properly.
(This is my product tab. Also, when I click “Access” in the product tab for AutoCAD (as shown in the screenshot), nothing changes and the subscription status remains the same.)
For example, when I click on Inventor, I am directed to a page where I can submit for a student subscription, as shown in the attached image. However, when I try the same process for AutoCAD or Revit, I am redirected to a download page instead of a subscription submission page. I clicked on “installation” and downloaded the files, but the subscription has still not been renewed.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
