Greeting everyone,

I have been using fusion for about 1 year now and I have never encountered this until recently when I got a new computer.

Does anyone else have this issue?? if so, how did you solve the problem.

the only solution I've had is to uninstall and reinstall fusion360 every time.

I've had to do that 3 times In the last 3 weeks.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

I would be looking at your anti-virus.  You may need to apply exceptions for it.  Scan for virus and malware

What is your operating system?  I assume Win 10 since its a new computer

Do you have full admin rights to your PC?

Hi @Mark.Lancaster

Thanks for replying

I'm currently running on windows 10 and have full admin rights.

I use the windows defender, scanned my computer for any virus or malware but everything came back fine.

don't know if this helps but the operating system and anti-virus I'm using is the same as my previous computer.

any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Luis

Fusion or Fusion360? Have you asked in your software's forum if anyone else has seen it? I found this for Fusion360 without trying too hard for example https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/fusion-360-stuck-in-off-line-mode/td-p/7326440

thanks @pendean

but the forum post you suggested is for a different issue.

I searched and I didn't find anything.

I experience no issues while using fusion360 on a daily basis.

My only problem is that once a week for the last three weeks I try to open fusion360 and a window with an error appears. After I click ok on the error box fusion360 does not open. In order for me to be able to open fusio360 I have to uninstall and reinstall.

Luckily fusion installs quickly.
