Error "This content cannot be displayed in a frame" after entering the serial number

Good afternoon, when I try to activate AutoCAD 2025, I click enter serial number, enter it, and then I get an error: "This content cannot be displayed in a frame". How can this be solved?

Good morning one and all, hopefully this helps us as a community.

Was notified by Autodesk Support today that problem had been resolved, in my case they provided a new license code to use, but cannot say if that will be the case for all. Either way, with the new code the registration took seconds and on the next log in it showed that the product was fully licensed.

Hi having same issue with Maya 2025 2024 tried on fresh windows 10 and windows 11 same box pops up and can't get any further.

The resolution is for a ticket to be raised on the support desk and they
will issue a revised educational product license code, that will allow
you to register your product in seconds.
