Error install

I am installing AutoCAD 2023 and before the installation is finished I get an error message (Microsoft C++)
Then it appears to me (install error 4000)
Please solve this problem

Yes, I searched, knowing that the program was working correctly on my device, but I had to uninstall it, and then this problem occurred to me with only 2023 products.
I have uninstalled it and cleaned up its junk properly!
