I have Email about I have educational access to Autodesk products, but don't send to me any Activation code or serial number. Please can you help me?

You likely won't have a Serial Number,

What does it show in your Account Manager under the Product?

it should be a Sign In activation for your software now. Autodesk has been moving away from Serials Numbers and going to Named Users.
