Error in Revit Certificate

Dear Autodesk Support Team,

I got certified by Autodesk on 4-12-2017 by former Autodesk CEO Carl Bass. How can I get a certificate that is  signed by the present Autodesk CEO Andrew Anagnost ?

UPDATE: Your typed post said "4-12-2017" but the image read "December 4, 2017"

I don't think you can if you were certified back in April. The signature is generally the active CEO at the time of the testing. Although Carl Bass stepped down in February 2017, Andrew Anagnost wasn't appointed until June 2017.

If you insist on looking into this further, you should reach out to Certiport. Also, login to your certiport to see if it was changed...

The test was taken on December - 4 - 2017. Thats why I raised this question.

Below is the replay from the Certiport Team and this was their replay. 

"I was advised to have you refer back to Autocad's website for further information. We are unsure why the Signature on the certificate is not up to date with the current CEO."

Now I am in the middle of nowhere. This is my full conversation with Certiport Team.

No, We administrate the exams for Autocad. We are unable to make any corrections on the information that is provided by AutoCad on your Certificate.

I have followed up with our certification team they have received this request & let me know they will issue you an updated certificate with the proper information. 

Autodesk has confirmed with our partners at Certiport that customers who earned certification between June 1, 2017 and December 4, 2017, and requested a printed certificate, will receive an updated certificate executed by Autodesk CEO, Andrew Anagnost.
