error 19 on start up

hi I purchased a subscription of maya. Had it working, then it crashed. On restart it will not go past the serial number page which it acepts then I get 'contact your administrator to request permission to use this product'  bas well as  a error 19 licence not optained. Please assist.

I am on a mac.
