Instale el Autocad 2017 x64 y me sale este error (0xc000007b) como puedo solucionarlo estoy horas que buscando una solución y ninguna me resulta

hello, this problem arise when i start civil3d 2018, i've windows ultimate sp1 x64. how can i solve this problem ?

1. Uninstall Visual C ++, in all its versions.
2. Download and install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C ++: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

or (if you have not tried)
