Empty e-mail from Autodesk

I tried to figure out the right forum to post this in, but I received a completely empty e-mail today from autodesk@autodeskcommunications.com, which is apparently a genuine Autodesk e-mail based on my research.

The subject line is "<subject line>" and there is nothing in the e-mail at all. Is it possible there's some issue with one of my Autodesk subscriptions or something odd is happening?

Thanks for posting, but this is an issue related to email viewing. Most email platforms offer the option to "View email in browser". I recommend searching for support through your email provider.

I am viewing the e-mail in my browser. I've tried viewing it in my browser and in my mail app, and it's simply a completely empty e-mail with no subject line. Which is odd coming from an official autodesk e-mail.

After two and half years later this topic opened got those emails today. 3 in a row.
Empty email <subject line> in subject.
Spam from AUTODESK ?
Shud i mark @autodeskcommunications.com as junk Mail?

Hi, I've also received the same empty email today, and searching online I found this post. Opening from the browser the message is still empty.

There was likely a glitch @DKRYSHCHUK   happens from time to time.     Could have been a promo .. but nothing to serious.

I just got this email yesterday too. Thought it might be phishing so tried to report and delete it out of Inbox, but accidentally opened it. Later did it right but found out it had an image inside that was later blocked by my Junk folder, so I was afraid it might have a beacon image to track my IP Address, Approx Location etc. If it is just a mistake that would be ideal.

nah .. they have it automated too sometimes they hit the wrong key.  I've done it.
