Educational institution download

I receive by email step by step instruction about downloading and licensing Autodesk in my institution lab. I don't find in my personal area how to download institution multiple license. I receive without problem personal educator edition but with institution edition I hangs up finding where to select it.

Do you have a non student account, as you wouldn't be able to make a network license if you were.

I have student license.
I would like multi seat license without licensing server.
In my lab there are onli 18 pc.

If you have a student license then you only you can use your license, if you want to equip a lab with licenses you'll need a different user type such as teacher or IT admin.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

From your information you have just a student account.   Meaning if you ever requested something as a student then anything else you request will also be a student account and a student account requested software can't be used at the educational institution..   A new account must be created with the proper educational role selection.
