Education Master account will not add 2020 Suite

Hi Folks,

 

I have tried to contact Autodesk for the last month trying to get this sorted and no one has responded so I am hoping someone may read this so I can get something done about this...

 

I have been able to get our latest serial numbers and download all the packages and configured them for our SCCM for next year for our engineering department BUT none of our 2020 software has been added to our master account so I am unable to create a network licence.  Our tutors are soon going to be in marking mode and then on holiday and I am running out of time to get this sorted for this year.

 

Every since Autodesk Education became a "thing" every year we have run into an issues with licencing your products for one reason or another and it take months to get these issues sorted.

 

Hopefully someone sees this and is able to help us out.

First thing..  Please do not share your sensitive info (like serial #s) on a public user forum.  I will request the moderator to remove your image to protect all of your serial # that you just shared with everybody.

Thanks Mark,

 

I have already tried this nothing appears in our master account.

 

I should of remember about the serial number it just now getting very annoyed find how unhelpful Autodesk is with their Educational division.

 

I am unable to remove the screenshot.  So will need to have someone remove it sorry.

I've already requested the DA/forum admin to remove it.

 

Normal Autodesk support will not touch or work with educational account.

 

You have to contact educational support https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form?_ga=2.63663338.416740600.1572260861-1...

 

So you did go to register once (registeronce.autodesk.com) and register each educational serial # that was assigned to your school?

:Looking back at your image you do have network license for products and ready to go to generate a network license..  So are you looking for suites?  If so suites no longer exist.  Schools have to request each product and version they want.   Suites are obsolete now for educational, student, and commercial licenses.

Hi Mark,

 

Yes it is now individual products we lost suites in October last year, I can download, configure and even (for the first time this year) get an email to say this product is available and has been added to your account.  But when I log into the account there are no network 2020 products listed.

 

There are 4 individual 2020 products, but those are not what I needed to get working.

 

I ended up in January this year emailing them about this for our 2019 products (which meant that teaching was delayed at the start of this year!) and were able to fix whatever the issue was.  I was hoping to start this early this year and be able to get this out of the way to work on the other 100 odd products we need up and running.  I emailed Autodesk early October and have not had any response, so am now forced here on the forums to see if I can get any traction...
