AutoCAD asking me to update my education license, though it's been renewed

Hi,

My education license recently expired, and I went through the relevant steps to renew my license. I received an email that it has been renewed and it even says that my license is valid until mid 2026. However, when I open AutoCAD, I am unable to use it and it keeps asking me to update my license. I have tried signing out and back in again, and even tried downloading other versions, but nothing seems to help.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Hi @22121242, would you please follow the steps below to see if you can reactivate your license? You seem to have already clicked "Get Product" button but let's try again.

  1. Go to the Education Community and sign in to your account
  2. Click "Get Product" or a button clickable on the AutoCAD card to activate your license
  3. If not working, reset your license by following the steps addressed on this support page

If none of above works, I think we need to look into your account status. Please contact the education support (reference).
